The 21.05 release of the GenePattern Notebook Workspace represents a major step forward in our notebook project functionality. Now users have the ability to publish their projects, making a known good copy publicly accessible to all, and the ability to privately share their projects with specific collaborators.
Notebooks previously published or shared using the old notebook publishing and sharing functionality have been automatically migrated to this new system.
To publish or share a project, click on that project's gear menu. Further instruction can be found in the GenePattern Notebook documentation.
